I have another handy little kit in the shoppe, Folds and Wrinkles!
This is a texture overlay kit for digital artists.  You can see in the samples below how you can use these jpg overlays in a layer over another layer to give the bottom layer some wrinkles and folds.  Depending on the texture and brightness and pattern and color of the bottom layer, you will have to play with these texture layers to find the best style (i.e. overlay, soft, multiply, hard light, etc.)
